Kabel Deutschland : Price Range for IPO Determined

The selling shareholder has set a price range of 21.50 euros to 25.50 euros per share, after consultation with the Kabel Deutschland Holding AG (hereinafter “the Company”), together with the Joint Bookrunners for the planned IPO of the Company. The number of shares to be offered up to 30 million units, and up to 4.5 million additional shares in respect of which the underwriters over-allotment option granted (along with an over-allotment option). The offer period begins on March 11, 2010 and end on 19 March 2010.

The management of Kabel Deutschland  is currently on a roadshow with German and international institutional investors. The prospectus for the IPO of 8 March 2010 were approved by the German Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) and published on the website of the company.

The selling shareholder, after consultation with Kabel Deutschland Holding AG (the “Company”), together with the joint book runners deterministic mined the price range to be in between € 21.50 and € 25.50 per share for the initial public offering of the Company. Up to 30 million shares and up to 4.5 million additional shares in connection with a potential over-allotment (greenshoe option) will be offered. The offer period will commence on March 11, 2010 and is expected to end on March 19, 2010. Currently, Germany’s cable management team is participating in a road show with German and international institutional investors. The prospectus Relating to the initial public offering dated March 8, 2010 which approved by the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin, BaFin) and published on the Company’s website.
